extent. I only take I occasionally because I am diabetic . I would recommend it as it does have a calming effect.

Very pleased with this sturdy, attractive kadai and would highly recommend. I was looking for a triply stainless steel pan as I wanted to avoid cookware containing forever chemicals. The 2 small handles make it very easy to carry and I love the fact that they have a heat resistant covering on them. The glass lid is also a very welcome addition. As long as the recommendations for cooking with, and. cleaning stainless steel cookware are followed, I’m sure it will perform well for many years.
