Placing an online order

Please select the product of your choice, choose the correct size or quantity before clicking “Add to cart”. You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter the Shipping Address to process your order.

Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you can enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

No, accounts are totally optional.

We securely accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All prices and orders are listed and processed in GBP. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

Shipping & delivery

We dispatch all the items within 1 to 3 days from the order date (except Sundays & holidays). And the average delivery time is 6 to 8 days.

If you receive the item that was damaged in transit, Swadesi will provide a full refund for the damaged products if the customer provides valid proof for the damage within 48 hours of product delivery.

Please contact us immediately at support@swadesi.co.uk to request cancellation of your order. If the order has not been dispatched, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

The product returns would only be accepted within 14 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase..

To start a return, you can contact us at support@swadesi.co.uk .If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
