Description:

  • Baps Amrut Idli Method of preparation:
  • Take the entire contents and mix 650 ml of water and stir properly.
  • Leave the batter for 15 minutes.
  • Boil water in Idli cooker.
  • Grease the inner side of Idli stand with little oil and put the batter in the same.
  • Put the stand in the Idli cooker and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the prepared Idli hot with sambhar and coconut chatni.
  • One can also prepare Idada from this batter.
  • To make tasty sambhar, insist always on using Baps Amrut Sambhar masala.
