Description:
- Baps Amrut Idli Method of preparation:
- Take the entire contents and mix 650 ml of water and stir properly.
- Leave the batter for 15 minutes.
- Boil water in Idli cooker.
- Grease the inner side of Idli stand with little oil and put the batter in the same.
- Put the stand in the Idli cooker and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve the prepared Idli hot with sambhar and coconut chatni.
- One can also prepare Idada from this batter.
- To make tasty sambhar, insist always on using Baps Amrut Sambhar masala.
