Description:

  • Baps Amrut Dhokla Method of preparation:
  • Take the entire contents and mix 570 ml of water and stir properly.
  • Add grinded paste of ginger and green chillies according to taste.
  • Leave for 15 minutes.
  • Prior to preparing, stir the batter thoroughly.
  • Place a plate on the stand kept in the vessel filled with boiling water.
  • Cover the vessel and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes.
  • Take 25 gm of oil and heat in a small pan.
  • Add sesame seeds (til) and mustard seeds and pour on cooked dhokla.
  • Cut the Dhokla into small pieces and sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • Serve with green chatni or tomato ketchup.
