Dose:

• Have the ghee along with quarter or half teaspoon warm water
• Take the supplement regularly for 10 days for effective results
• It is suggested not to have any food or drink within 30 minutes of having the ghee
• For children before three years of age, maximum 5 grams of the ghee should be given
